La Fabbrica S.p.A. is headquartered in Castel Bolognese. With its brands La Fabbrica and Ava, the company specialises in the production and sale of high-end Italian ceramic floor and wall coverings. The corporate philosophy is based on the pursuit of quality, the value that has always accompanied our products, from the moment they are devised in the workshop until they are sold in Italy and worldwide. The creation of collections on the leading edge of style and technology are able to satisfy a wide range of technical and style demands on the part of architects, design engineers and interior designers, as well as the tastes of end consumers.

In May 2017, La Fabbrica Ceramiche became part of Holding Italcer Group spa, a company created by the Italian private equity fund Mandarin Capital Partners II, headed by CEO Graziano Verdi. The Group’s objective is to create a luxury cluster in the high-end ceramic sector.

The aim of this ceramic cluster is to consolidate the leadership of Italian-made products in the sector, by encouraging the various companies to specialise and concentrating on foreign markets.

The company from the Romagna area has always focused its vision on using the local artistic heritage as a synergic input for the creation of ceramic projects able to transmit innovation, quality and creativity. With this in mind, on 12 April in Imola, La Fabbrica Ceramiche inaugurated its Centro di Esposizione di Eccellenza exhibition centre in the fifteenth-century Palazzo Dal Monte Casoni, an area of over 750 square metres spread over two floors and dedicated to the company’s finest projects, under both the La Fabbrica and AVA brand names.
